Step 1: Initial Consultation
We begin with a consultation to discuss your fitness goals, lifestyle, and any limitations. Together, we’ll create a roadmap to success.
Step 2: Custom Plan Creation
Based on your goals, I’ll create a customised in-person training and nutrition plan that’s realistic and designed for long-term results.
Step 3: Weekly In-Person Sessions
You’ll train with me in-person, where we’ll focus on technique, progression, and motivation. Each session is designed to challenge you and build your strength, endurance, and confidence.
Step 4: Ongoing Support
I’ll provide continuous support between sessions, including feedback, adjustments to your programme, and personalised nutrition advice. You’ll never be on your own!
